Seeking a Product Development Manager to lead the development of digital advertising products for B2B markets. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and develop new products, drive innovation, and ensure successful product launches. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital advertising, B2B markets, and product development processes.

Role:

1. Lead the development of digital advertising products for B2B markets
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and design specifications
3. Conduct market research to identify customer needs and market trends
4. Develop and maintain product roadmaps and timelines
5. Ensure products meet customer needs and expectations
6. Drive innovation and continuous improvement
7. Manage product development budgets and resources
8. Communicate project status and risks to upper management
9. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners
10. Ensure successful product launches and post-launch support
11. Provide technical support to sales and customer support teams
12. Identify and mitigate technical risks

Requirements:

1. Experience in product development, preferably in digital advertising or B2B markets
2. Strong understanding of digital advertising and B2B markets
3. Experience with product development processes, including market research, product design, and launch
4. Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools
5. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
6. Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus
