We are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing data-driven solutions that help our organization make informed business decisions. This role will work closely with various departments within the organization to understand their reporting needs and design dashboards that provide actionable insights.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with various departments to identify reporting needs and requirements
• Design and develop data visualizations and dashboards using Tableau
• Create data models that enable effective reporting and analysis
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across various reporting systems
• Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions
• Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends and patterns
• Present findings and insights to various stakeholders within the organization

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in a business intelligence or data analytics role
• Expertise in data visualization tools, particularly Tableau
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Familiarity with SQL and database management
