Program Management Lead 

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Management Lead to drive the development and certification of our innovative Uncrewed Aircraft Systems (UAS). As the Program Management Lead, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing program management processes within an agile framework. Your expertise will guide cross-functional teams to successfully execute projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and delivering high-quality UAS products.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the program management efforts for the development and certification of Uncrewed Aircraft Systems.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, testing, and regulatory teams to ensure efficient execution of project milestones and deliverables.
  • Develop and implement program management processes tailored to an agile framework that promotes flexibility, adaptability, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Create detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets to effectively manage resources and track progress.
  • Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project completion.
  • Foster a culture of clear communication, transparency, and accountability within the program teams.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to project managers and team members, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to succeed.
  • Engage with stakeholders to ensure project goals, requirements, and expectations are well understood and aligned.
  • Regularly report program status, key performance indicators, and critical issues to senior leadership.
  • Continuously improve program management processes based on feedback and lessons learned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Proven track record of leading and managing complex aerospace or aviation projects from concept to certification.
  • Strong experience in program management methodologies within an agile environment.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Understanding of the aerospace regulatory environment and certification processes is a plus.
  • Proficiency in project management software tools and applications.
  • PMP, PgMP, or other relevant certifications are advantageous.
