Systems Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated AGILE Systems Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in AGILE methodologies, Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), and Guidance, Navigation, and Control (GNC) systems. The candidate should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with stakeholders to understand system requirements and develop system designs
• Use AGILE methodologies to manage system development and integration
• Use MBSE to model and simulate system behavior and performance
• Develop GNC systems for autonomous vehicles, drones, and other unmanned systems
• Analyze and optimize system performance
• Conduct testing and validation to ensure system functionality and reliability
• Participate in design reviews and provide technical guidance to the team

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in Systems Engineering
• Strong experience in AGILE methodologies
• Experience in MBSE tools such as SysML, Cameo, and Rhapsody
• Experience in GNC systems and simulation tools such as MATLAB/Simulink and STK
