Biomedical Engineer

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Biomedical Engineer to join their team.

Pays to High 100’s base plus bonus.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing novel tissue engineering approaches and therapeutic strategies to treat various oncology diseases. The ideal candidate will have expertise in tissue engineering, molecular biology, oncology, and high-resolution imaging.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop novel tissue engineering approaches and therapeutic strategies for treating various oncology diseases.
• Conduct molecular biology experiments to study the mechanisms of action of various treatments and therapies.
• Use high-resolution imaging techniques to analyze tissue samples and identify potential biomarkers.
• Collaborate with other researchers and clinicians to translate findings into clinical applications.
• Maintain detailed records of experiments and prepare manuscripts for publication in scientific journals.
• Participate in grant writing and fundraising activities to support research projects.

Qualifications:

• PhD or Master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong background in tissue engineering, molecular biology, oncology, and high-resolution imaging.
• Experience with biomaterials, cell culture, and animal models is desirable.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Demonstrated ability to publish research in scientific journals.
