Business Intelligence Analyst

Flex 3 days a week in Downtown Phoenix

Salary to Low 100’s plus bonus

Seeking a highly motivated Business Intelligence Analyst with experience in Salesforce, Data, SQL, and Marketing to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering actionable insights through data analysis and visualization, and will be able to work independently and collaboratively to support our business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Use Salesforce to create custom reports and dashboards to provide insights into sales performance, pipeline analysis, and customer behavior.
• Work with large datasets to extract and analyze relevant data using SQL and other analytical tools.
• Develop and maintain marketing dashboards to track campaign performance and provide insights to optimize marketing efforts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and create data-driven solutions to support decision-making.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders and provide guidance on data interpretation and analysis.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or related field.
• Strong experience with Salesforce, SQL, and data visualization tools.
• Experience in marketing analytics and familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g. HubSpot, Marketo) preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Understanding of database design, data warehousing, and ETL processes.
