CAD Associate – Drafting and Modeling

Job Summary: We are seeking a CAD Associate to join our team. The CAD Associate will be responsible for drafting and preparing models for architecture, construction, and engineering projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in AutoCAD and other related software, and possess strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities: • Draft and prepare models using AutoCAD, Revit, and other related software • Work collaboratively with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure accuracy and completeness of models • Create and modify construction documents and project plans • Prepare 2D and 3D models for visualization and design purposes • Ensure compliance with industry standards and codes • Participate in project coordination meetings and provide input on design solutions • Assist in the development and implementation of CAD standards and procedures

Qualifications: • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field • 2+ years of experience in CAD drafting and modeling • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit • Knowledge of industry standards and codes • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy • Effective communication and collaboration skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
