Senior ETL Operations Analyst

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior ETL Operations Analyst to join their team working a flex week in the Chicago Loop.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the implementation and ongoing operation of healthcare products and solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test and implement ETL processes and workflows for healthcare data integration and analysis
• Develop, maintain and troubleshoot ETL jobs in support of healthcare solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, design, and implement solutions for data integration, data warehousing and data governance
• Monitor ETL processes and data loads, identify and resolve issues, and optimize performance
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to other analysts and team members
• Document ETL design, implementation and operations processes
• Identify areas for process improvement and optimization
• Support end-users with data extraction, transformation, and loading

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in ETL operations, with a focus on healthcare data
• Strong SQL skills, with experience in developing complex SQL queries and stored procedures
• Experience in Big Data technologies, such as Hadoop and Spark
• Proficient in ETL tools such as Informatica, Talend or DataStage
• Experience with healthcare data, such as claims, pharmacy, lab, clinical, and demographic data
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations, such as HIPAA, HITECH and HITRUST
