Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced MEMS Engineering Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting MEMS engineering activities including testing, assembly, and maintenance of MEMS devices. The candidate should have excellent analytical skills, be able to work well in a team environment, and possess a strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Perform MEMS device assembly, testing, and maintenance
- Calibrate and maintain MEMS test equipment
- Generate and maintain test data records
- Assist in the development of new MEMS fabrication processes
- Perform troubleshooting and problem-solving activities
- Work with engineering team to identify and implement process improvements
- Document and communicate test results to engineering team
Requirements:
- Associate’s degree in Electronics or related field
- 3+ years of experience in MEMS device assembly, testing, and maintenance
- Experience with MEMS test equipment, such as wafer probers, oscilloscopes, and spectrum analyzers
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or related field
Experience with MEMS fabrication processes
Familiarity with statistical analysis software, such as JMP or Minitab
