Construction Manager with Revit Skills

Seeking a Construction Manager to lead our construction projects and manage the use of Revit software for Building Information Modeling (BIM). The successful candidate will work closely with the design and construction teams to ensure that all construction projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Responsibilities:

Lead the construction projects from conception to completion
Manage the use of Revit software for BIM and ensure that all project data is accurately inputted and maintained
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to review design plans and ensure that construction projects are feasible and meet building codes and standards
Develop project schedules and budgets, and monitor progress to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
Manage the selection and procurement of construction materials and equipment
Ensure that all construction activities are carried out in compliance with safety regulations and environmental guidelines
Prepare and present progress reports and other project updates to senior management
Supervise and manage the construction team, including contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering or related field
• 5+ years of experience in construction management
• Proficient in Revit software and Building Information Modeling (BIM)
