Construction Project Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
Systems set-up; Insurance; Initial Plan Distribution; Administrative Field set-up; Permits; Processing and Distributing Sub Agreements/Purchase Orders; Project Team Meeting Coordination.
· Monitor and enforce subcontractor compliance with commitment;
· Insurance maintenance throughout project; Process and maintain RFIs;
· Prepare and distribute job submittals;
· Prepare and distribute weekly reports;
· Plan management;
· Communication with subcontractors;
· Prepare, process and distribute subcontractor and purchase order change orders;
· Purchase order processing;
· Meeting coordination throughout the project;
· Prepare and coordinate closeout package process;
· Act as liaison between trade subcontractors, vendors, architects, clients, and members of the team.
· Distribute copies of all sub-agreements/purchase orders to Accounting;
· Assist with subcontractor/vendor related accounting issues as needed.
Qualifications:
· Excellent MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook skills required.
· Construction Industry experience preferred; retail construction experience a plus.
· Outstanding skills required in the following areas: Organization, follow-through, written and oral communication; initiative; documentation, and team orientation.
