DevOps Engineer (Remote)

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with development and operations teams to design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines.
• Automate and optimize deployment and infrastructure provisioning processes.
• Monitor and maintain production systems for stability, performance, and security.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues across various environments.
• Implement best practices for security and compliance in DevOps processes.
• Participate in on-call rotation and incident response as needed.
• Continuously evaluate and adopt new DevOps tools and technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field or equivalent experience with no degree.
• Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in automation, scripting, and programming (e.g., Python, Bash, Ruby).
• Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, CircleCI).
• Proficiency in containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with infrastructure as code (IAC) tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Strong understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Docker Certified Associate) are a plus.
