Our Aerospace client is hiring for their aerospace team as a Fluid Systems Design Engineer and contribute to the development of cutting-edge aerospace systems. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in designing and optimizing fluid systems for aerospace applications.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Fluid System Design:
   • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define fluid system requirements and specifications.
   • Design and develop fluid systems, including pipelines, pumps, valves, and thermal control systems, while ensuring compliance with aerospace standards and regulations.
2. Simulation and Modeling:
   • Utilize software tools such as LabVIEW, MATLAB, and simulation software to model and analyze fluid systems.
   • Perform fluid dynamics simulations to optimize system performance and efficiency.
3. Testing and Validation:
   • Develop test plans and conduct testing and validation of fluid systems.
   • Analyze test data to identify performance improvements and troubleshoot issues.
4. Documentation and Reporting:
   • Create detailed design documentation, including schematics, technical specifications, and reports.
   • Present findings and progress updates to project teams and stakeholders.
5. Continuous Improvement:
   • Stay current with industry advancements in fluid systems technology.
   • Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance design and engineering practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in fluid systems design within the aerospace industry.
• Proficiency in software tools such as LabVIEW and MATLAB for system modeling and analysis.
• Familiarity with simulation software for fluid dynamics analysis.
• Knowledge of aerospace industry standards and regulations.
• A passion for aerospace technology and innovation.
