Infrastructure Engineer

We are a leading IT consulting firm that provides end-to-end solutions for our clients across various industries. We are looking for an Infrastructure Engineer who can design, implement, and maintain complex IT systems for our clients. You will work from home, but travel 30% of the time to client sites for project delivery and support.

As an Infrastructure Engineer, you will be responsible for:

• Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting AD, VMWare, Networking, Email (Exchange & Office365), Servers (Windows, Linux), and Cloud hosted systems (Azure, AWS).
• Performing system administration tasks such as backup, restore, patching, monitoring, and security.
• Providing technical support and guidance to clients and internal teams.
• Documenting system architecture, design, and procedures.
• Researching and evaluating new technologies and best practices.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure engineering or administration.
• Strong knowledge and skills in AD, VMWare, Networking, Email, Servers, and Cloud hosted systems.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel 30% of the time to client sites.
