Machine Learning Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and applications.
• Implement scalable and efficient machine learning algorithms, pipelines, and workflows.
• Conduct data preprocessing, feature engineering, and selection to optimize model performance.
• Collaborate with data engineers to ensure seamless data integration and availability for machine learning tasks.
• Deploy machine learning models using containerization technologies like Kubernetes.
• Utilize cloud platforms, especially AWS, for building and deploying machine learning solutions.
• Leverage Apache Spark with Scala to process and analyze large-scale datasets.
  Monitor and evaluate model performance, and iterate on improvements.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning, cloud technologies, and big data processing.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certified Kubernetes Application Developer
• AWS Certified Machine Learning – Specialty
• Apache Spark with Scala
• Experience with Scala, a programming language that integrates well with Spark, is an added advantage.

Qualifications:

• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Scala, or Java.
• Experience in designing and implementing machine learning models using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
• Proficiency in working with large-scale datasets and implementing data processing techniques.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, especially AWS services for machine learning, such as SageMaker, S3, EC2, and Lambda.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
