Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis to join our finance team. As the Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis, you will play a key role in providing financial insights, analysis, and strategic recommendations to drive informed decision-making and support the company’s financial objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the financial planning and analysis function, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
• Provide timely and accurate financial reports, analysis, and insights to senior management and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine financial models, projections, and business plans.
• Analyze and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), financial metrics, and operational performance to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Conduct variance analysis and provide explanations for budget versus actual results.
• Support strategic initiatives and business development activities by conducting financial evaluations, feasibility studies, and ROI analysis.
• Drive process improvements and efficiency in financial planning and analysis processes.
• Prepare presentations and reports for executive leadership, board meetings, and investor communications.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes affecting financial planning and analysis.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA or CFA designation is preferred.
• Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.
• Solid understanding of financial statements, KPIs, and financial metrics.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, financial planning software).
