Manager SEC Research and Reporting

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager of SEC Reporting to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and filing of all SEC reporting documents, including 10-Ks and 10-Qs. The candidate will also lead the research efforts to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards.

Role:

• Oversee the preparation and filing of all SEC reporting documents, including 10-Ks and 10-Qs
• Review and analyze financial data, disclosures, and notes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, finance, and accounting, to ensure timely and accurate reporting
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with SEC regulations and reporting requirements
• Lead the research efforts to ensure compliance with changing regulatory requirements and accounting standards
• Manage and develop a team of professionals to ensure high-quality and efficient reporting
• Stay up-to-date with changes in SEC regulations, accounting standards, and reporting requirements
• Provide guidance and support to senior management on complex accounting and reporting issues
• Participate in the implementation of new accounting standards and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
CPA certification preferred
Experience in SEC reporting and accounting, with at least 2 years of management experience
In-depth knowledge of SEC reporting requirements, accounting standards, and regulations
