We are seeking a highly motivated Pharmaceutical Sales Manager to join our team and lead our sales efforts. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, strong leadership skills, and a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Responsibilities:
- Lead the sales team and develop sales strategies to achieve revenue goals
- Manage and coach sales representatives to maximize their potential and achieve their targets
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers and opinion leaders
- Develop and implement marketing initiatives to support sales efforts
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats
- Provide feedback to cross-functional teams, including marketing, clinical development, and supply chain, to ensure alignment on commercial strategies
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and budgets
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry codes of conduct
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant scientific field, such as pharmacology, biology, or chemistry
- 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, with at least 2 years in a sales management role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Experience in specialty pharmaceuticals is a plus
