Quality Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Quality Engineer to join our aerospace manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest levels of product quality and reliability, driving process improvements on the production floor, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.

Role:

• Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures
• Perform root cause analysis and develop corrective action plans to address quality issues
• Drive continuous process improvement initiatives on the production floor
• Monitor and analyze product quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement quality-related changes
• Develop and maintain quality-related documentation and reports
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards
• Participate in audits and inspections as necessary

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field – or Equivalent Experience
• Experience in a Quality Engineering role in aerospace or a related industry
• Strong understanding of aerospace industry regulations and standards
• Experience with statistical analysis and quality control methodologies
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Six Sigma certification is a plus
