We are currently seeking a talented Full Stack Node.js Engineer to join our team. As a Full Stack Engineer, you will collaborate with team members to design and build highly-scalable backend services and applications within AWS. You will be responsible for running applications using CI/CD practices, setting up and reacting to production application monitoring, and actively participating in team Agile activities. We value your cooperation with product management and design to create user-centric features that exhibit simplicity, consistency, and robustness. Additionally, we encourage your eagerness to evolve and grow your skillset by learning new software languages, tools, and applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with team members in designing and building highly-scalable backend services and applications within AWS.
• Take ownership of running applications using CI/CD practices, including automated builds, deployments, and tests.
• Set up and respond to production application monitoring for optimal performance.
• Actively participate in Agile activities such as story grooming, backlog planning, work estimation, sprint planning, retrospectives, and demos.
• Work cooperatively with product management and design to develop features that meet user needs with simplicity, consistency, and robustness.
• Demonstrate eagerness to evolve and expand your personal skillset by learning new software languages, tools, and applications.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Engineer with expertise in Node.js.
• Strong understanding of AWS services and experience deploying applications within AWS.
• Proficiency in CI/CD practices, including automated builds, deployments, and tests.
• Familiarity with production application monitoring and proactive issue resolution.
• Experience working in an Agile environment and participating in Agile ceremonies.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
• A passion for creating user-centric features with simplicity, consistency, and robustness.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new software languages, tools, and applications.
