Lead Salesforce Developer

We are seeking a Lead Salesforce Developer Remote to join our team. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in Salesforce development and be comfortable working with JavaScript frameworks (LWC, React, JQuery, etc.) and API’s Apex, C#, Java. The candidate should also have knowledge of Web Services (REST, SOAP, etc.) and experience leading a team of developers.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and other IT teams to gather requirements and develop solutions
• Develop and maintain Salesforce applications using JavaScript frameworks (LWC, React, JQuery, etc.) and API’s Apex, C#, Java
• Work with Web Services (REST, SOAP, etc.) to integrate Salesforce with other systems
• Ensure high code quality, performance, and security standards are met
• Stay up-to-date with Salesforce and other relevant technologies and best practices
• Mentor and train team members

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce development
Experience leading a team of developers
Strong technical skills in JavaScript frameworks (LWC, React, JQuery, etc.) and API’s Apex, C#, Java
Knowledge of Web Services (REST, SOAP, etc.)
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously
Salesforce certification (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or II) is a plus
