Primary responsibility will be to lead the design, development, and implementation of solutions using the Salesforce.com platform. You will work closely with other developers, project managers, and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality code, guiding the team on best practices, and staying up-to-date with the latest Salesforce and development technologies.
The Remote Lead Salesforce Developer skills and experience will be primarily focused on Salesforce.com Development, including Apex, SOSL, SOQL, Aura, Visualforce, LWC, SLDS, and SFDC. Additionally, you will have experience with a range of other technologies, including C# .NET Core, JavaScript, Python, Django, Angular, Express.js, MongoDB, MySQL, node.js, Git, AWS Deployment, OOP, MVC, SQL, SQLite, Bootstrap, Materialize, and Entity Framework.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, development, and implementation of solutions using the Salesforce.com platform
Work closely with other developers, project managers, and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Ensure high-quality code and adherence to best practices
Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce and development technologies
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other developers on the team
Develop and maintain Apex, SOSL, SOQL, Aura, Visualforce, LWC, and SLDS components, including custom objects, workflows, triggers, and validation rules
Collaborate with other developers to integrate Salesforce with other systems
Create and maintain documentation, including technical specifications, user guides, and training materials
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing solutions
Provide support for end-users, including training and assistance with system issues
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
5+ years of experience in Salesforce.com Development, including Apex, SOSL, SOQL, Aura, Visualforce, LWC, and SLDS
Strong experience with C# .NET Core, JavaScript, Python, Django, Angular, Express.js, MongoDB, MySQL, node.js, Git, AWS Deployment, OOP, MVC, SQL, SQLite, Bootstrap
