Scrum Master

Are you an experienced Scrum Master with a passion for driving successful software development projects? Do you have a proven track record of implementing Six Sigma methodologies to streamline processes and maximize efficiency? If so, we want you to join our team!

We are currently seeking a talented Scrum Master with CSM certification to lead our software development team in the implementation of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process. In this role, you will work closely with our development team to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a facilitator for the Scrum process and ensure that the team is following the Scrum framework.
• Coach the team on Agile and Scrum principles and ensure that the team is continuously improving its process.
• Utilize Six Sigma methodologies to identify areas of improvement and lead process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
• Work closely with project stakeholders to understand project requirements, prioritize the backlog, and ensure that the team is delivering value to the business.
• Manage the sprint cycle and facilitate sprint planning, review, and retrospective meetings.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and ensure that the team is delivering high-quality software that meets the customer’s needs.

Qualifications:

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification is required.
• Experience leading software development teams in an Agile environment.
• Strong knowledge of the SDLC process and experience implementing it in a software development environment.
• Experience with Six Sigma methodologies and process improvement initiatives.
  Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and motivate team members.
• Experience managing project risks and working with project stakeholders.
