Experience in Agile methodologies required. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in leading a team of on/offshore developers, ensuring that the architecture and design meet product requirements, and responsible for delivering high-quality products and solutions on time and on budget.

The Senior Manager, Software Development will be responsible for overseeing the development of software products and solutions using Agile methodologies. This will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product managers, software engineers, and quality assurance professionals, to ensure that product requirements are met, and projects are delivered on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, and be able to lead and mentor team members in their use. They should also have experience with software development tools and technologies, such as Java, Python, JavaScript, and AWS.
