Senior Manager – US Capital Markets

Due to recent dynamic growth, our client’s Capital Markets practice is currently recruiting talented professionals with US GAAP knowledge and experience and an interest in advising clients and teams on US GAAP and SEC reporting matters.

Unique opportunity for high caliber senior managers/managers to join a growing Capital Markets center of excellence.

Continue to develop your technical expertise through regular training, updates and access to knowledge.

Work with both existing and aspiring SEC registrants, including many of the FTSE 100.

Accountabilities:

Assist engagement teams and clients on all aspects of their SEC reporting and US GAAP

Will have a high degree of client contact time

Involvement in the development of marketing and publication plans

Responsible for certain technical specialty areas

Personal Qualities:

Good communicator and highly articulate

Experience of relationship management at a senior level, negotiating with and influencing senior individuals

A genuine interest in SEC financial reporting

Innovative and able to identify opportunities to deliver the best value

Excellent interpersonal skills, culturally able to integrate with the rest of the team, the business and clients

Experience/Qualifications:

CPA with strong US GAAP knowledge.

Practical experience of auditing or preparing US GAAP financial statements.

Experience of dealing with foreign private issuers and SEC matters.

IFRS knowledge useful.

International experience will be a distinct advantage
