Provides support to our financial services company, helping to ensure that day-to-day operations run smoothly.
Answering phone calls and emails: Be the first point of contact for customers or clients, and handle phone calls and emails professionally and efficiently.
Scheduling appointments and meetings: Responsible for managing schedules, booking appointments, and arranging meetings, often using digital calendars or scheduling software.
Data entry and record-keeping: Responsible for organizing and maintaining important company records, including financial information, employee files, and customer databases.
Document preparation: Draft and proofread documents such as reports, memos, and letters.
Handling correspondence: Responsible for opening and sorting mail, responding to correspondence, and filing important documents.
Handling office supplies: Manage office supplies, including ordering new supplies and ensuring that stock is maintained.
Meeting and event coordination: Responsible for planning and coordinating company events, including conferences, training sessions, and other special events.
Travel arrangements: Responsible for arranging travel for employees, including booking flights and hotels and creating itineraries.
Accounting support: Assist with basic accounting tasks, such as invoicing and expense reporting.
Miscellaneous duties: Perform a variety of other duties, including greeting visitors, running errands, and providing general support to other employees as needed.
To be successful in this role, you should have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills, and also be proficient in using standard office software such as Microsoft Office and have the ability to learn new software quickly.
