Tech Lead Manager Mobile Infrastructure

1. Work as a highly technical and hands-on coder and effective people manager;

2. Effectively scale the engineering team by attaching and mentoring extraordinary people at various levels of experience to grow a well-balanced and high-performance team;

3. Work with different mobile teams to understand the requirements and solve problems to improve product quality and development efficiency ;

4. Successfully work in a cross-functional partnership with other leaders across the company.

Requirements：

1. Bachelor degree in computer science or a related technical discipline, with 8+ years’ experience as a software engineer and 3+ years leading software engineering teams;

2. Experience in mobile infrastructure, particularly in performance optimization, quality and development efficiency;

3. Proficient in (at least one): Java, Objective-C, C/C++, JavaScript, Kotlin, PHP, Go, Python;

4. Skilled at building trust-based relationships with the team and fellow leaders;

5. Experience in managing a cross-regional team is a plus.
