Business Intelligence Manager

We are seeking a Business Intelligence Manager to lead our BI and data warehousing initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of BI developers and architects, and will have experience with ETL tools such as Informatica, SSIS, Datastage, Pentaho, and Ab Initio. Additionally, experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop and cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of BI and data warehousing solutions
  Manage a team of BI developers and architect
• Define and maintain data warehousing standards and best practices
• Develop and implement ETL processes using tools such as Informatica, SSIS, Datastage, Pentaho, and Ab Initio
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and availability
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and QlikView
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in BI and data warehousing technologies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and opportunities for data analysis
• Develop and implement data-driven strategies to improve business performance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.  No degree needed with the right experience
• Experience in BI and data warehousing, with 2 years in a management role preferred
• Strong experience with ETL tools such as Informatica, SSIS, Datastage, Pentaho, and Ab Initio
• Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop and cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure is preferred
