Senior ETL Operations Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior ETL Operations Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the implementation and ongoing operation of healthcare products and solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test and implement ETL processes and workflows for healthcare data integration and analysis
- Develop, maintain and troubleshoot ETL jobs in support of healthcare solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, design, and implement solutions for data integration, data warehousing and data governance
- Monitor ETL processes and data loads, identify and resolve issues, and optimize performance
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to other analysts and team members
- Document ETL design, implementation and operations processes
- Identify areas for process improvement and optimization
- Support end-users with data extraction, transformation, and loading
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in ETL operations, with a focus on healthcare data
- Strong SQL skills, with experience in developing complex SQL queries and stored procedures
- Experience in Big Data technologies, such as Hadoop and Spark
- Proficient in ETL tools such as Informatica, Talend or DataStage
- Experience with healthcare data, such as claims, pharmacy, lab, clinical, and demographic data
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations, such as HIPAA, HITECH and HITRUST
