Lead Developer

Lead Developer Perm Remote Telecommute

We are looking for a Lead Developer/Designer-Architect with experience in developing J2EE-based systems. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining a high-performance, scalable, and secure J2EE-based system. You will be leading a team of developers and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain a high-performance, scalable, and secure J2EE-based system
• Lead a team of developers and provide technical guidance and mentorship
  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality solutions
• Develop and implement best practices for software development, testing, and deployment
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards
• Identify and mitigate technical risks
• Continuously improve the performance, scalability, and security of the system
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining J2EE-based systems
• Strong expertise in Java, J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, and related technologies
• Experience in leading a team of developers and providing technical guidance and mentorship
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Experience with agile software development methodologies
• Experience with cloud-based environments and microservices architecture is a plus
