Our Client is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join their team and unlock the power of data in the Azure cloud. You will be responsible for gathering, cleaning, analyzing, and interpreting data to drive strategic decision-making across the organization. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable insights using Azure data platform services.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement data pipelines to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into Azure storage solutions.
  • Clean and manipulate raw data to ensure its accuracy and consistency for analysis.
  • Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
    Develop and implement statistical models and machine learning algorithms to extract meaningful insights from data.
  • Create compelling data visualizations and reports using Power BI or other BI tools to communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with business units and technical teams to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.
  • Monitor data quality and performance, identify and troubleshoot data issues.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of data governance policies and procedures.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in cloud-based data analytics and Azure technologies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Intelligence, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in data analysis, preferably with experience in the Azure cloud platform.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and scripting languages like Python or R.
  • Experience with data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, and data warehousing.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to communicate complex data insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Passion for learning and staying ahead of the curve in the rapidly evolving field of data analytics.
