Workday Implementation Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workday Implementation Manager to lead and oversee the successful implementation of Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions for our clients. As the Workday Implementation Manager, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our clients through the entire implementation process, ensuring seamless integration and optimization of Workday’s HCM platform. Responsibilities:
Project Leadership: Lead end-to-end Workday implementation projects, including project planning, scoping, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management.
Client Engagement: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their HR needs, provide expert guidance on Workday functionalities, and ensure alignment with their business goals.
Requirement Gathering: Conduct workshops and interviews to gather client-specific requirements and configure Workday modules accordingly.
Solution Design: Develop comprehensive Workday HCM solutions, including core HR, payroll, benefits, talent management, and reporting, tailored to meet each client’s unique needs.
Configuration and Testing: Configure Workday modules based on client requirements and conduct thorough testing to ensure system accuracy and data integrity.
Change Management: Support clients in change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of the Workday system within their organizations.
Training and Documentation: Provide training to end-users and create documentation to support the onboarding and usage of the Workday system.
Quality Assurance: Oversee the quality of deliverables, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet the highest standards of excellence.
Stakeholder Management: Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams, to foster collaboration and communication.
Remote and On-Site Support: Be prepared to travel up to 50% to client locations as needed for on-site support during the implementation process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications in Workday HCM are a plus.
- Proven experience in managing end-to-end Workday HCM implementations, including configuration, testing, and post-implementation support.
- Strong understanding of HR business processes and a solid grasp of Workday HCM modules.
- Excellent project management skills with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
- Ability to work independently and remotely while maintaining a high level of self-motivation and accountability.
- Flexibility to travel up to 50% for on-site support during implementation projects.
- Experience in change management and training efforts to facilitate smooth system adoption is desirable.
