We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients and internal teams. Your expertise in CAD software, including Solidworks, Zuken, and Autocad, as well as proficiency in MS SQL, E#, and Oracle, will be critical in resolving complex technical issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.


  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support via phone, email, or in-person meetings.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CAD software, including Solidworks, Zuken, and Autocad.
  • Assist clients and internal teams with software installations, configurations, and upgrades.
  • Collaborate with the development team to investigate and resolve software bugs and compatibility issues.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including knowledge base articles and user guides.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate clients and internal teams on software usage and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather feedback and identify opportunities for product improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements in CAD software and related technologies.


  • Strong knowledge and experience in CAD software, including Solidworks, Zuken, and Autocad.
  • Proficiency in MS SQL for database management and query writing.
  • Experience with E# programming language for automation and customization.
  • Familiarity with Oracle database systems and SQL scripting.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Effective communication skills to provide clear and concise technical assistance to clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality customer support.
  • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in technical support or customer service roles.
  • Certifications in CAD software (e.g., Solidworks, Autocad).
  • Knowledge of additional CAD software packages and tools.
  • Familiarity with other programming languages and scripting tools.
