We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Supervisor with strong Procure to Pay skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in managing the full cycle of accounts payable, from procurement to payment, and will be able to effectively lead a team of AP specialists.

Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and lead the accounts payable team
2. Manage the procure to pay process, including procurement, invoicing, and payment
3. Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments
4. Review and approve vendor invoices and employee expense reports
5. Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues
6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor records
7. Develop and maintain accounts payable policies and procedures
8. Manage relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders
9. Prepare and analyze accounts payable reports
10. Participate in financial audits

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
5+ years of experience in accounts payable, with a focus on Procure to Pay
Experience supervising and leading a team
Strong understanding of the procure to pay process
Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
