Manager of IT Infrastructure

Our company is seeking a highly skilled Manager of IT Infrastructure to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our organization’s IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and data centers. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the organization’s IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and data centers.
• Implement and maintain IT infrastructure policies, procedures, and standards.
  Oversee the deployment and maintenance of servers, networks, and storage systems.
• Ensure the availability, security, and integrity of our organization’s IT systems.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
• Manage vendor relationships and contracts.
• Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in IT infrastructure and make recommendations for improvements.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
5+ years of experience in managing IT infrastructure.
Certifications in ITIL, Azure and AWS.
Experience working with hybrid and cloud environments.
Strong knowledge of Azure/AWS, Office 365.
Experience with SOX, HIPAA, SOC 2 and PCI audits.
