Radio Frequency Engineer

We are seeking a talented Radio Frequency Engineer Arlington VA to design, develop, and maintain RF systems for our company. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing, testing, and troubleshooting RF systems and providing innovative solutions to optimize their performance.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop RF systems and subsystems
• Conduct simulations and analyze data to evaluate RF system performance
• Troubleshoot and debug RF systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of RF systems into overall product design
• Develop test plans and conduct testing to validate RF system performance
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in RF technology
• Provide technical support to customers and stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Strong understanding of RF theory and principles
• Experience with RF system design and development
• Proficiency in simulation software such as ADS, HFSS, or CST
• Experience with lab equipment such as spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, and signal generators
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines

Preferred:

• Masters or PhD in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Experience with 5G or other wireless communication systems
• Knowledge of antenna design and characterization
• Experience with embedded systems and firmware development
