Overview: As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide actionable insights that drive informed business decisions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs), develop reporting tools, and contribute to the overall data-driven strategy of the organization.

Responsibilities:

Data Analysis:

  • Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Utilize statistical and data visualization techniques to present findings in a clear and concise manner.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies through data analysis.

Reporting and Dashboard Development:

  • Design and create reports and dashboards that communicate key metrics and performance indicators.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and ensure timely delivery of accurate and relevant information.
  • Maintain and enhance existing reporting tools.

Business Intelligence Tools:

  • Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in business intelligence tools and technologies.
  • Evaluate and recommend new tools or upgrades to existing systems to improve data processing and reporting capabilities.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with various departments to understand their data needs and provide support in translating business requirements into analytical solutions.
  • Foster a data-driven culture within the organization by promoting the use of data to guide decision-making.

Data Governance:

  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy by implementing and maintaining data quality processes.
  • Contribute to the development and enforcement of data governance policies and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and statistical analysis tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
