MEMS Systems Design Integrator

We are looking for a Systems Design Integrator with experience in Mechanical MEMs to join our team in Raleigh, NC

As a Systems Design Integrator, you will be responsible for integrating mechanical micro-electro-mechanical systems (MEMs) into larger, complex systems. This role will require you to collaborate with other design engineers and cross-functional teams to ensure that the mechanical MEMs components are integrated correctly and function seamlessly within the larger system.

Systems Design Integrator MEMS Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with design engineers and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of mechanical MEMs into larger systems
• Design, develop and test systems that incorporate mechanical MEMs
• Identify and resolve design issues related to mechanical MEMs
• Conduct feasibility studies and analyses to assess the suitability of mechanical MEMs for specific applications
• Develop and maintain documentation related to mechanical MEMs system
• Work with suppliers and vendors to procure and integrate components as needed
• Participate in design reviews and provide input on mechanical MEMs integration
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards

Systems Design Integrator Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
At least 3 years of experience in mechanical MEMs design and integration
Experience with CAD software, particularly SolidWorks
Familiarity with MEMs fabrication processes
