Technical Lead Data Services 

Location: Raleigh, NC

Flex week in office.  Paying mid to high $100’s Base Salary

Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a highly motivated Technical Lead to join their growing Data Services team. As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers to design, develop, and implement data solutions using Microsoft Azure and/or AWS. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in .Net (C#, VB Script) OR Java application development and ETL coding experience using SSIS, Azure Data Factory, and other tools.

Role:

• Lead the development and implementation of data solutions using Microsoft Azure and/or AWS
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement data solutions that meet business needs
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for data solutions
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards
• Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in data management and analytics

Qualifications:

• Not required but is a plus: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in software development, with 3+ years of experience in .Net (C#, VB Script) OR Java application development
• 3+ years of experience in ETL coding using SSIS, Azure Data Factory, and other tools
• Experience with Microsoft Azure and/or AWS development and implementation
• Experience in leading a team of developers REQUIRED
