We are looking for a Chemical Process Engineer to join our team in Raleigh, NC. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of chemical engineering principles and be able to apply them to the design, development, and optimization of chemical processes. The Chemical Process Engineer will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:
- Designing and developing new chemical processes
- Optimizing existing chemical processes
- Conducting process simulations
- Performing economic analysis of chemical processes
- Overseeing the construction and commissioning of new chemical plants
- Troubleshooting and resolving process problems
- Ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in the chemical engineering field
- Strong understanding of chemical engineering principles
- Experience with process simulation software
- Experience with economic analysis
- Experience with construction and commissioning of chemical plants
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
