We are seeking an experienced Workday Implementation Manager to join our team working Perm Remote while travelling 30% regionally to client sites as needed.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of Workday Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and ensuring successful project delivery. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our HRIS implementation is fully integrated and meets the needs of our organization.
• Oversee the implementation of Workday HRIS including project planning, resource allocation, and budget management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful integration of HRIS with other systems.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and milestones to ensure successful project completion.
• Monitor and maintain data integrity, security, and accuracy within HRIS.
• Develop and maintain project plans, communication plans, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Act as a subject matter expert on HRIS-related issues and provide training and support to end-users.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate HRIS functionality and recommend enhancements to improve system efficiency and effectiveness.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Workday HRIS implementation and project management.
• Strong understanding of HRIS functionality, data architecture, and system integrations.
• Experience with Workday HCM modules including Compensation, Benefits, Talent Management, and Recruiting.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines.
• Workday HCM certification preferred.
