Workday HRIS Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Workday HRIS Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the ongoing administration, maintenance, and support of our Workday Human Resources Information System (HRIS). This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our HRIS is fully integrated and meets the needs of our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Provide ongoing support for Workday HRIS including configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful integration of HRIS with other systems.

• Monitor and maintain data integrity, security, and accuracy within HRIS.

• Create and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and analytics.

• Act as a subject matter expert on HRIS-related issues and provide training and support to end-users.

• Continuously monitor and evaluate HRIS functionality and recommend enhancements to improve system efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, or related field.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Workday HRIS administration.

• Strong understanding of HRIS functionality, data architecture, and system integrations.

• Experience with Workday HCM modules including Compensation, Benefits, Talent Management, and Recruiting.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems and develop creative solutions.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines.

• Workday HCM certification preferred.
