Transfer Pricing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Transfer Pricing Manager to join our team. As a Transfer Pricing Manager, you will play a critical role in managing and executing transfer pricing projects for our clients, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and optimizing their global transfer pricing strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement transfer pricing policies, strategies, and documentation for multinational clients
• Conduct economic analyses, benchmarking studies, and financial modeling to support transfer pricing recommendations
• Provide guidance and support to clients on transfer pricing compliance and documentation requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including tax, finance, and legal departments, to ensure alignment and integration of transfer pricing strategies
• Assist in resolving transfer pricing disputes and representing clients in front of tax authorities, if necessary
• Stay updated with changes in transfer pricing regulations and industry trends to provide proactive advice and solutions to clients
• Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
• CPA, ACCA, or other relevant professional certifications
• Minimum of [X] years of experience in transfer pricing, preferably in a consulting or multinational company environment
• In-depth knowledge of transfer pricing regulations and methodologies
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
