Accounts Payable Supervisor

Our client is currently seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Supervisor Miami with knowledge of the Procure to Pay process. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the Accounts Payable department
Manage the Procure to Pay process, including purchase order processing and vendor management
Ensure timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices and employee expense reports
Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Prepare and review monthly and year-end closing processes
Assist with audit requests and provide support to auditors
Mentor and train team members
Ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
5+ years of experience in Accounts Payable
Knowledge of Procure to Pay processes
Experience with ERP systems
Strong leadership skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
