UI/UX Design Lead
We are seeking a highly creative and experienced UI/UX Design Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the design and development of our iOS and Android applications, ensuring they are user-friendly, visually appealing, and meet our users’ needs.
Role:
- Work with cross-functional teams to understand user requirements, business goals, and technical constraints to design and develop intuitive, efficient, and visually appealing user interfaces for our iOS and Android applications.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas and concepts to stakeholders.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and identify areas for improvement.
- Create and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency and brand identity across our applications.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure the design is implemented accurately, and user feedback is incorporated into the final product.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continually improve the user experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, User Experience Design, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in UI/UX design with a focus on mobile application design. - Expertise in Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant design tools.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, mobile application design patterns, and responsive design.
- Experience leading design teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
