Senior BI Analyst

Our company is hiring for a Senior BI Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing data and providing actionable insights to drive business decisions. The candidate should have experience with PowerBI, Tableau, Salesforce, and other business intelligence tools.

The Role:

• Analyze data and provide insights to drive business decisions
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using PowerBI, Tableau, Salesforce, and other business intelligence tools
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and opportunities for data analysis
• Develop and implement data-driven strategies to improve business performance
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support business initiatives
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity
• Communicate findings and recommendations to key stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field – No Degree? No Problem if you have the experience needed!
• Experience in a business intelligence or data analytics role
• Strong experience with PowerBI, Tableau, Salesforce, and other business intelligence tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with data modeling and database design is a plus
