Senior Data Science Analyst – Dallas

3 days a week in office

Responsibilities

·         Implement data science techniques and analytical tools to develop models and algorithms to uncover trends, patterns, and insights

·         Manage omni-channel analytics and experimentation capabilities

·         Develop KPI reports to measure marketing effectiveness

·         Provide thought leadership and support analytics efforts across the organization

·         Develop data strategy and data governance

·         Drive a data-driven decision-making culture and mindset

Requirements

·         3+ years experience in CRM, data science and marketing technology

·         Experience in retail, e-commerce, customer segmentation, lifecycle analysis, CRM, statistics, and data science

·         Strong experience with analytic tools such as R, Python, H2O, Power BI, Tableau

·         Experience with cloud enterprise platforms (Azure, Google Cloud Platform)
